Special
Order/Out of Stock Items
If you need large quantities or
require items that are not currently in stock, we will be happy to
special order them for you. Advance orders are recommended to insure
delivery for holidays, special events or troop gift orders. Please
allow at least 4 weeks for special orders.
If we are out of
stock of an item you need, we will gladly call the other Council Shop
to check their stock. If the item is available we will transfer to
merchandise from one shop to the other or if you prefer, the
merchandise can be shipped directly to your home for a nominal
shipping fee.
Merchandise
Holds
We will be happy to hold
merchandise for pickup, either by you or someone else. However, unpaid
merchandise will only be held for 5 business days before being
returned to stock.

or Email Orders
Are your days too short? Let us
help! We will ship pre-paid and credit card orders. Please allow ample
time for processing and delivery.
Payment Options
We accept cash, check, money
order, MasterCard, Visa, GSMD Cashew Cash/Cookie Dough, GSMD gift
cards and other GSMD issued gift certificates. Please remember we
require proper ID and dated items must not be expired.
Return Policy
Refunds (in like form of
payment) will be given within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
Without a receipt or after 30 days, merchandise may be exchanged or
returned for store credit. Only current merchandise in
resalable condition will be accepted for a return. Refunds or
exchanges will not be given on clearance on discontinued merchandise.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a GSMD gift card. No
refunds will be given for gift cards.
Shipping and
Handling
There will be a minimum $1
service fee on all mail orders, in addition to the normal shipping
rates. Shipping charges are calculated from current USPS rates by
weight. If other shipping methods are requested they will be
calculated from current shipping rates for the chosen carrier
Gift Cards
The Council Shops are now
offering gift cards. They may be purchased in any denomination
(minimum $5). Gift cards make great gifts for troop leaders, NSUDs and
any other Girl Scout on your gift list. They may be redeemed at either
Council Shop or the camp Trading Post.
